SALAT: Benefits from Science Perspective and SOLAT: Kebaikan dari Perspektif Sains are published in English and Malay Languages, respectively. Each book consists of 111 full colours pages.

First chapter gives introduction on Salat, how to perform it correctly according to hadith and Quranic.

Chapter 2 discusses on human body composition components, methods of measuring the body composition, benefits of exercise and Salat Taraweeh & fasting during the Ramadhan month towards body composition.

Heart rate is presented in Chapter 3. It starts with introduction of heart rate, changes of heart rate in different salat’s positions and other factors that influenced the heart rate.

Chapter 4 describes low back pain in women. An introduction of low back pain and the exercise introduced by the physiotherapist for the low back pain theraphy. This chapter reveals the salat’s postures which can be used as the therapeutic for low back pain.

Chapter 5 deals with human brain. Function of the human brain, brain waves, meditation, salat, electroencephalograpgy in salat, study on brain signals during tuma’ninah (one of the situation in salat), study of overall effect of salat on brain signals.

The human muscles in chapter 6 elaborates electromyograpy signal, study of muscle activity during performing salat movements.

Last chapter is chapter 7 which discuss on Erectile Dysfunction (ED). It detail out the ED, types of ED and the treatment of ED. The study of the effect of salat on ED and how it can be used as a therapeutic are presented
